  I hope those who spent upwards of a million or two maybe get something? Considering they get 5% of the purchase price as commission, you would think a nice card or a phone call/greeting from the agent who you bought from would be standard! Shocking experience from a buyer's POV - even before today. No wonder RAs get such a bad reputation.

  After spending (nearly) three quarters of a million dollars on a property (granted I am not in the 'millionaires' club of the west), I go to collect the keys today and I received them in an envelope from a receptionist who did not even confirm I was the purchaser! No communication from BRE until 3 hours AFTER I collected them to inform me I can collect them from reception or have them couriered to me if required?!!!

  A real estate office that gets genuine results. Real Estate is about achieving results & this agency does a lot of business due to their experience, knowledge of Brisbane & work ethic of the agents.

  This agency may be able to sell houses but it struggles with managing them adequately. It's bad enough when communication isn't there but to be lied to to cover up their failings and to be treated in a condescending and arrogant manner is something I have never experienced before despite my having had numerous properties under management elsewhere over a long period of time. Being both a tenant and a landlord I have seen both sides of the equation and neither one is satisfactory or very professionally handled.
